The Great Tampines Kueh-scape by Vertical Submarine at OTH Festival 2026
The Great Tampines Kueh-scape, a massive interactive playground at Our Tampines Hub Town Square, brings traditional local heritage to life through larger-than-life play installations. Artist and curator Justin from Vertical Submarine collaborated with Our Tampines Hub to create the installation for OTH Festival 2026, centred on the concept of "kueh meets play." Families can explore the installation at OTH Town Square through its final day on 28 June.
Behind the Scenes with Vertical Submarine
Justin from Vertical Submarine served as both artist and curator for The Great Tampines Kueh-scape, translating traditional kueh designs into interactive play structures at the Town Square. The project involved extensive creative work and storytelling to transform local heritage into an experience that combines nostalgia with active play for families visiting Our Tampines Hub.
